Before making an offer, consider all the details. Your agent can advise you as to market conditions that may require your immediate action, however, make sure you understand the complete offer you are making and your responsibilities in fulfilling the terms. If you do not understand or are unsure about any part of the offer, discuss it with your agent; He or she will help tailor the transaction to suit your needs.
5. Closing
Most of your home buying problems are behind you now and you're on your way to closing, also called settlement, the event that transfers ownership of the property to you. Your agent will guide you through the steps and help make your closing process as smooth as possible.
